The Calectro air duct smoke switch is a high-quality smoke detector that has been specially developed for the detection of smoke in ventilation ducts. It combines a smoke detector with an adapter system that optimizes the pipe and housing for optimal airflow through the smoke detector. The UG-5 smoke detector can be installed in four different positions (0°, 90°, 180° and 270°) on each side of the duct. The adapter system is patented.
